Growing up in a Hurry!

For all of those who haven't heard the news yet, We have had an offer accepted on a home here in South Burlington! We have signed and are set to close the 20th of September. Missy has been busily arranging inspections and contacting lawyers (Vermont doesn't use title companies, they use Lawyers instead, wierd huh).

Here is a link to look at the MLS, Multiple Listing Service, sheet for the property. It is within walking distance of the Burlington Airport, which, consequently, is where I will be catching a bus to school from. We strategically chose this location so it wouldn't be such a burden to be constantly picking up our adoring family from the airport during their delightfully frequent visits. :) If we are busy you could just walk :)

The listing is 4 Peterson Terrace, Yes we will be living on Peterson Terrace. There is also a Chase Street near campus but I thought that would be too awkward.
